Instagram Profile Report

Followers, likes, comments and Reel views for an Instagram profile, with a table of recent posts.

Use it when a client asks how a creator performs on Instagram, or when you are weighing an Instagram booking against a TikTok one for the same person.

One note on reading it: Instagram holds several post types in one profile and they do not compare on a single metric. Reels collect views from non-followers; photos mostly reach existing followers. Read the two separately rather than averaging them into one number.

What you put in

  • An Instagram username or profile link.
  • How many posts to read — pick one of the available sizes.

What you get back

  • Followers, total posts, average likes and average comments.
  • Reel views.
  • A row per post with its interactions and posting date.
  • Engagement relative to follower count.
  • Export to Excel or CSV.

The limit on one run

  • One run reads at most the 50 most recent posts.
  • A private profile exposes no posts. That run is refunded.

What this tool does not do

  • No reach, saves or story views — those are internal analytics only the owner sees.
  • Stories are not in the table, because they expire after a day.
  • No email address or phone number for the profile owner.

Frequently asked questions

Instagram does not display reach publicly. To get it you have to ask the owner for a screenshot of their analytics page.
You cannot, from outside. Write into the contract that they send a screenshot of the story results after the campaign.

Every figure here is an estimate from what the platform displays publicly. It is not a channel's or a marketplace's internal analytics, and it is not audited.
