What is sold here
The site sells credits used to run tools that analyse public social-media data. Prices, credit validity and the terms of use are on the Pricing page and in the General transaction conditions. CIA does not issue invoices.

The site is notified as an e-commerce sales platform under the Law on E-commerce 2025 and Decree 248/2026/ND-CP of 30 June 2026, in force from 1 July 2026.
