Filing
Email [email protected] with your account email, the related transaction or report reference and your complaint. Personal data or copyright complaints go through the Data request page.
Handling
We acknowledge within 24 business hours and answer within 7 business days at most (data deletion requests: 72 hours).
Resolution
If the complaint is upheld we refund credits or money, or fix the issue, under Service delivery, termination and refunds. If you disagree with the outcome you may contact a consumer protection authority or sue before the competent courts of Vietnam.
