Pricing Policy
Updated 2026-10-03
Where prices are published
Credit pack prices are listed on the Pricing page. The credit cost of a single run is shown on that tool's run button before you press it — no step spends credits without showing the number first.
What the price includes
The listed price is the final amount you pay for that pack. No surcharge, service fee or processing fee is added at checkout. There is no monthly subscription: you pay only when you buy credits.
Tax and invoices
CIA is run by an individual, not a company, and does not issue invoices. The listed price does not itemise tax; the operator's own tax obligations are already inside that price and are not charged to you on top.
Currency
Vietnamese-language customers pay in VND through PayOS. English-language customers pay in USD through PayPal. These are two separate price lists rather than a daily exchange-rate conversion, so the amount on screen is the amount charged.
Bank and gateway fees
Payment gateway fees are ours to pay. If your bank or PayPal charges you a transfer or currency-conversion fee, that belongs to them and does not reach us.
Discounts and coupon codes
A coupon applies to the pack price and the discounted amount is shown before you confirm payment. Codes may be limited in number of uses and in time; each code's conditions appear where you enter it.
Price changes
We may change pack prices or a tool's credit cost. A change applies only to purchases and runs AFTER it: credits already in your wallet do not lose value, and a run always costs what the button said when you pressed it.
Recurring plans
The competitor-watch plan is priced per 30 days and states its credit cost before you switch it on. It does not quietly renew at a different price: every renewal uses the price listed at that time, and you can switch it off whenever you want.
