Methods
Vietnamese-language customers pay by VietQR bank transfer through PayOS (VND). English-language customers pay through PayPal (USD).
Crediting
Credits are added as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within seconds. The amount must match the chosen pack exactly; a wrong amount or reference may not be credited automatically — contact [email protected] with the transaction reference.
Payment security
We never collect or store your card number, bank account number or payment password.
Invoices and transaction history
CIA does not issue invoices. Each top-up has its own transaction code, listed under Transactions in your account; to confirm a transaction, contact [email protected] with its code.
