Service conditions and limits

Who can use it

You need the legal capacity to enter a contract under Vietnamese law. One account per person, using your own real e-mail; do not share an account or resell access.

What we collect, and what we do not

We only read what a social platform is currently showing publicly to everyone. We do not sign in on your behalf, do not reach private accounts, do not read messages, and do not get a creator's or a marketplace's internal figures.

The numbers are estimates

Every figure is computed from public data at the moment of the run. It is an estimate for comparing and deciding, not audited data, and it can differ from what the channel owner sees in their own dashboard.

What this service will not do

These are deliberate limits, not features we have not got round to:

• It does not find, guess or supply anyone's e-mail address.
• It does not supply personal phone numbers. For business directories, only a business's own public line.
• It does not produce lists of people to contact, sell to or recruit.
• It does not check whether an account is still active or has been banned.
• For people who wrote a comment or a review: only the display name and what they published.

Per-run limits

Every tool has a cap on how many items one run can fetch, without exception. Each tool's number is on its feature page and in the form before you run it; we may adjust them, and the number in force is always shown.

Requests from data subjects

Under Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP a person may ask us not to process data about them. A social account with such a request on file is refused IMMEDIATELY, before any of your credits are spent. This is why a run can be refused while the tool itself is working normally.

Groups under maintenance

Some data groups may be under maintenance or paused. They appear in the catalogue with a maintenance label and are refused before credits are spent — a switched-off group never costs you anything.

Dependence on third-party platforms

The data comes from social platforms we do not control. When a platform changes what it shows, limits access or stops publishing a metric, the matching tool may return less or pause. A run that produces no result is refunded.

Uses that are not allowed

Do not use the service to harass, track or profile an individual; do not resell data taken from here as your own product; do not probe, attack or work around the system's technical limits; do not use automation to call beyond what the API allows. Breaking this can lead to suspension or closure of the account.

Downloaded content

The video download tool is for content you own or are allowed to use. Downloading someone else's video and reposting it as your own infringes copyright, and that responsibility is the downloader's.

Territory

The service is aimed at users in Vietnam and follows Vietnamese law. If you use it from elsewhere, complying with the law there is your responsibility.
