Comments Analysis

Read a video's comments as four usable groups: unanswered customer questions, buying intent, complaints, and themes.

What you are paying for, in order of value: the customer questions nobody answered, the comments carrying buying intent, the specific complaints, and only then the general themes. Sentiment is the easiest number to look at, but the question list is the part a seller can act on today.

Most selling videos fail because they skip one question everybody has in mind. If the same question appears dozens of times in the comments, that is the line to add to your product description and to the first ten seconds of your next video.

What you put in

  • A full TikTok video link, or the video's numeric id.
  • How many comments to read — pick one of the available sizes.

What you get back

  • The list of customer questions, and separately the ones nobody answered.
  • The comments carrying buying intent.
  • The negative comments, kept apart.
  • The positive, negative and neutral shares, and an overall approval figure.
  • The most repeated phrases, and the languages commenters write in.
  • The most-liked comments, and how comments arrived over time.
  • What share of the comments were read against the total the platform reports.

The limit on one run

  • One run reads at most 300 comments.
  • It does not fetch the replies under each comment. The parent comment's reply count is enough to tell an answered question from an unanswered one.
  • A shortened link carries no video id, so it is rejected at the input step, before any credit is charged.

What this tool does not do

  • No contact details for commenters. Only a display name and the text.
  • It cannot read comments that were hidden or deleted.
  • It does not confidently label sentiment sentence by sentence — Vietnamese carries too much nuance for that, so the reading stays yours.

Frequently asked questions

Because the path that returns replies has not been verified, and we do not call a path whose data shape we are unsure of. The parent comment's reply count already separates answered questions from unanswered ones.
Not the one with the most views — a viral video attracts people outside the customer base, so the comments are diluted. Pick the selling video with the most comments in the last thirty days.
For one video that is usually most of them. Reading three different kinds of video beats trying to exhaust one.

Every figure here is an estimate from what the platform displays publicly. It is not a channel's or a marketplace's internal analytics, and it is not audited.

Anyone analysed has the right to see, correct or delete data about themselves under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP. An account that has asked to be blocked is refused before anybody's credits are charged. Data request
